Returns Policy
Returns & Right of Withdrawal (Print-on-Demand)
Last updated: 17 August 2025
1. Scope
This policy applies to orders from Germany, the European Union, and the United States. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU/DE)
Our products are manufactured using the print-on-demand process.
For standard items from our shop (e.g. T-shirts with fixed designs where you only choose size and colour), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies pursuant to §§ 355 et seq. BGB / Arts. 9 et seq. Consumer Rights Directive.
Exception: There is no right of withdrawal for customised/personalised products (e.g. with names, photos, or your own texts on request) pursuant to § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB / Art. 16(c) Consumer Rights Directive.
The legally required information and a model withdrawal form can be found in our Refund policy.
3. Defects, Incorrect Deliveries, Transport Damage (EU/DE & USA)
Please report quality defects, incorrect deliveries, or transport damage within 30 days of receipt (in line with our fulfilment partners’ deadlines). After review, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Note: This 30-day period serves to expedite processing and does not limit your statutory rights (in particular the two-year statutory warranty in the EU/DE).

4. Returns
- Returns are accepted only after prior coordination with our support; the return address will be provided individually.
- Unannounced returns cannot be accepted or refunded.
5. Cancellations
As production starts immediately after the order is placed, cancellation is only possible as long as the order has not yet entered the production process. Please contact us immediately.
6. Notices for Customers in the USA
- There is no general statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases in the United States. Our no-return policy (except for defects/incorrect deliveries) is clearly disclosed.
- State-level provisions (e.g. California disclosure requirements) apply; this policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
7. Alternative Dispute Resolution (EU)
The former EU ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Current information can be found at: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
8. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
The mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. Jurisdiction and applicable law are determined by those provisions. We do not use any unilateral jurisdiction clause to the detriment of consumers.
