1. Production Partners & Carriers
The production and shipping of your order are handled by our external fulfillment partners:
- Printful Inc. (Latvia, USA)
- Printify Inc. (Latvia, USA – via international partner print providers)
The shipping carrier (e.g. DHL, DPD, FedEx, USPS) is automatically selected depending on the product, warehouse location, and delivery address.
2. Production Times
- Printful: 2–5 business days
- Printify: 2–7 business days
Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the production or delivery location.
Note: During seasonal peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday), production times may be longer. Please take this into account when placing your order.
3. Shipping Times (after production)

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. The timeframe begins once payment has been received or the order has been confirmed.
Important: Delays due to customs clearance or local holidays are possible and are not included in the above delivery estimates.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on:
- Destination country/region
- Weight and quantity of products ordered
- Production location and fulfillment partner
Example starting prices (subject to change; final costs displayed at checkout):
Germany: from €3.69 · EU: from €5.49 · International: from €7.99
Note on partial shipments: For orders containing multiple products from different warehouses, shipping costs may add up.
5. Partial Shipments
If your order contains products from different warehouses, it may arrive in multiple shipments. No additional shipping costs will be incurred for you.
6. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, provided the respective carrier supports this service.
7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Shipments
Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your order. We assume no liability for returns due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Reshipping may result in additional costs. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, UK, USA), additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price. Customs inspections may also cause additional delivery delays.
9. Parcel Lockers & Delivery Restrictions
Some carriers (particularly via Printify) do not deliver to DHL parcel lockers or P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address (e.g. residential or business address).
Delivery areas: Germany, EU, USA, and selected other countries. Any restrictions will be displayed during checkout.
10. USA-specific Notice (FTC MITOR)
If we are unable to deliver within the specified timeframe (or, if none is specified, within 30 days), we will notify you by email. You may then agree to the delay or request a refund. Without your consent, a refund will automatically be issued. Refunds will be made via the original payment method used.
11. Transfer of Risk (DE/EU)
For sales to consumers, the risk of loss or damage is transferred only upon delivery to you. If you commission the carrier yourself, the risk may pass upon handover to the carrier.

13. Legal Notice
All stated delivery times are non-binding estimates. A delayed delivery does not automatically entitle you to a refund — unless a statutory delay in delivery applies or Section 10 (USA) is applicable. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
